Had a fantastic experience. They redid top end and turbo, as well as other items on my international. Runs fantastic, and I was super happy with my truck when I got it back! I would recommend diesel pro. I travel to get my service done there. Straight up and honest!

Diesel Pro Services Inc. truly lives up to their reputation of great service! My dad brought his truck in and was so pleased with the work and how he was treated. John was amazing and very transparent in regards to what needed to be done and was very honest! He was very welcoming and very patient; which of course my dad and I really appreciated especially since my dad doesn’t speak English well and I have little to no knowledge of Diesel engines! Overall, my experience with their services was amazing! I even learned a thing or two about Diesel engines thanks to John; and we definitely look forward to working with them again! 5/5 would recommend!

BIGGEST SCAM ARTISTS & SCAMMED US OUT OF OUR MONEY!!!I took my vehicle for a diagnosis and for 2 hours they charged me $474. They over charged me and still didn't know what the problem was. Then they did some work on my vehicle also and I had the same exact problem. The same way I took my truck to the shop was the same way I got it out. Then the bill was thousands of dollars, I had no choice but to pay because if I didn't they would of had a lien on my vehicle. They wanted to buy my vehicle from me at the end of all of this, I got my truck in worse condition than I sent it in to them.They were very rude, and when we tried speaking to them about the problem they locked up their door and went inside. They didn't want to give us no receipt. Then they didn't want to give us back of our money. They decided to leave us in the parking lot and drive away. And my vehicle was still not able to drive, I had to spend over hundreds of dollars just to tow it home. Im very unsatisfied with the service I received. it was a waste of money that I worked very hard for, it went towards a bunch of scam artists.

Diesel Pro Services.. First off i'd like to start with the owner John, he is very knowledgeable and honest. He took his time with explaining to me what was wrong with my 6.7 Cummins by breaking it down and actually showing me where my issues were coming from. He took lots of pictures and videos showing me the work that was being done. Secondly i'd like to comment on the work ethic of him and his employees. They get the job done no matter what, especially when it comes to crunch time. Lastly i'd like to really recommend this Diesel shop to anyone that has any issues with their Diesel Vehicle. I made some serious major repairs to my 6 L turbo diesel. Diesel pro did an amazing job and service and friendly. My truck was at two different shops before going to diesel pro and nobody can figure out the problem. Diesel pro knew exactly what they were doing and what to look for they figured it all out my truck runs the best it’s ever ran very happy and pleased and would definitely recommend them to other people and family and friends. Everything that they did to my truck I know that other shops would’ve charged me double of I paid. A lot of people out there can hate and talk but they don’t know the real prices of getting into a diesel.

Poor service and just straight up scammers. Ripped me off and charged me 3k to change a set of glow plugs and one glow plug module. Should have been tops 1k$ and still would have been too much.Just read their reviews and see how defensive they are. Real legit and fair businesses don't need to defend themselves. Their work is noticed and customers are happy. This isn't the case with me or many others. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR DIESEL REPAIRS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RINSED LIKE A LOAD OF LAUNDRY. And to reply to their reply..yes the wiring was a bit havked because I didn't know if it was gonna be worth putting a new ignition cylinder into the van. When I brought you the van I did not ask you to repair any wiring. So chirping about the remote button I had connected to my starter solenoid means nothing. If you knew how to diagnose a motor you'd have done a compression test and found one cylinder down. When ingot my van back I put in an injector just like John said and it was the same thing.My issue here was that you never found the problem but went ahead and charged me all kinds of labour to change glow plugs. And a module that literally right on top of the engine. So keep trying to validate the scan you pulled the viewers will see the truth all they have to do is scroll down from my review and see all of the other horror stories

I was stuck on the side of the road for hours after calling another shop and them being a NO SHOW!!!! I then found Diesel Pro Services online and made a call and spoke to guy named John. I told him that I was stuck on the road for hours and he asked what was wrong. So I explained that my truck was over heating and after trying to start- it was a no go and that I made a call to another shop and they basically left me hanging with no return call and NO SHOW! He immediately put me on hold and when he came back he asked where I was and told me that he would come out to try and get me going if it was a quick fix and or have the truck towed back to his facility if I wished so that I could have the problem assessed in a safe environment and off the road. He explained the costs involved for the service call. John immediately contacted a tow truck and he was there within an hour as it was near rush hour at this time and got it safely hooked up and once we got back to their shop with my truck, John immediately started to assess the problem. I have a hot no start and he was very detailed and went over the truck with me and its components and explained in detail a few of the problems that may be present. He asked that I leave the truck so that further diagnosing could be done and told me that I would have an answer in a day, tops 2.I had no ride back home and could not find anyone to pick me up so one of the guys took me home. :) fricken amazing!It was not over, after finding out that I needed to spend money on a truck that I had already and just had work done on it by another shop just 4 months ago, I was very upset to say the least. He fixed what was not fixed by the other shop and before doing any work pictures were taken before in between the job and after and to boot he did not even charge me what he would have normally charged for such a big job! FYI: he never once mocked and or defamed another shop even if they literally scammed me! I never told him that this work was done 4 months ago. Once I told him, he simply told me that it's done now and if you have any issues with my work just come back to me and I will fix the problem.After contacting the other shop, they basically told me that it was passed the warranty. Four months warranty? WOW, and Diesel Pro gave me 1 year written warranty as I had new parts installed.Genuinely honest, hard working bunch of guys! Thank you for proving that there are still some honest mechanics out there and for fixing my truck and making it run better than it ever did. I would refer these guys all day long. John is a professional with so much knowledge about these engines. He is meticulous and clean and my truck was even washed and ready for pick up once it was done. Thank you is not enough, not only will I continue to get my truck serviced there, but I will refer anyone with high confidence.

Was ripped off by this company when I brought in my diesel for service.It's funny now how I see a generic reply from the owner about all the fake reviews". I can assure the reader this isn't a fake review and I would never bring a lie to a company's online appearance.Truth is I hope others will read this and choose to go elsewhere.500-900$ of labour for 3 times that once it became time to pay. Terrible service and missed a down cylinder that should have been caught during initial diagnosis instead of spending all the time to fix other issues that had nothing to do with the vehicles main misfire."

After some bad experiences at other shops who claim to know diesel, this shop is by far the best. Tried going to a dealer who is crazy by the hour and rips you off blindly and makes you think your truck is good but you come out with more problems! During lunch hour I stopped in and they even offered me BBQ. John is the only shop that sent me pics and videos of all the work he did to my Ford F-350 and kept me informed every step of the way. Great bunch of staff, very friendly. John is very meticulous to detail. He is worth every dollar. He goes above and beyond and made sure to have my truck working good and out fast so I do not lose any more work. They treated me like a customer, not a number! Thank you each and everyone of you.
