Was told to wait 1 hour for a tire change. Came back 2 hours later and nothing was done. I went to the front desk and my car keys were just sitting there in the open for anyone to take.

They do your job really cheap.But prepare to spend few hours of waiting time.

We visit this place very first time.. don't trust them ..by any chance if u are visiting pleased Just don't handover ur keys to them and Never leave ur vehicle alone..keep an eye on them they change parts..

I don’t know who works there but someone needs to know how to talk to people. The person over the phone was super rude. They don’t know how much they have to charge for a particular service.I guess the others reviews too kind of saved me

I am visit this place but not satisfied & very very bad experience . I am suggest to everyone not visit on this place & go to onther place and save & safe life journey .

Here is for saying the earlier review was a fake one when you did not close the oil cap. The guy working on it was may be Sahil. Even the owner is just not an honest mechanic like a lot of them. You’ll get more reviews

I had an issue and they took me seriously and resolved it completely to my satisfaction. They really stood behind their work.

STOP STOP STOPPLEASE THINK BEFORE VISITING THIS PLACEI was there to get replaced inner fender liner for my car. First I was told to come in after a few days once they have received the part. I went there after being called upon. After I went there I was informed that Part was incorrect. waste of time. Again I was called to get replaced today. I was there on time then they said They don't have space right now for my car and told me to leave my car there and come back again. again waste of time. I went there after my car was fixed and then went to pay. The remaining amount to pay was suddenly doubled.Of course, they don't respect the value of your time.NOT recommended

He is gonna say it is fake. The employees need to pay attention to close the oil cap if you open it for oil change. Someone takes care of their car. Don't ruin it if you don't like your job. Luckily, my car was not damaged and the owner felt sorry, so I did not escalate it to Ministry otherwise it would have been a lesson for the owner of the garage. I am a mobile detailer and I let everyone know about Guru motors. Sahil should have accepted the mistake and apologised on spot including the owner. But no problem.
