We had an amazing experience working with Colm. He started his work on time as promised and finished it within time. His approach is very professional and did a very excellent job of waterproofing my basement from outside. I liked this prompt response and that too a year after he finished his worm of waterproofing. Above all, there are no charges for this call. I highly recommend him. We called Colm to assess a minor leak in our basement, and I am so glad we did! He was quick to respond and kept us updated on his arrival time. When he looked at the issue, he determined that it would need to be addressed from the exterior of our house. Although the work didn’t fall within the scope of the services he offers, he took his time explaining the problem and making some recommendations on the best course of action. He also provided the name of someone who could help with the work, which was much appreciated. He was thorough, helpful, honest and kind. We will definitely call him, should we require any basement waterproofing in future.

Colm and his team at Act Fast helped us out with an unexpected leak in our foundation and they were absolutely amazing. We contacted a number of local businesses and Colm was the most responsive, came quickly for a free assessment and was super honest and straight forward with his opinion. They ended up doing inside waterproofing and a new sump pump install inside during the cold months, then came back after the thaw to do the outside. Didn't even have to call him to remind him! We called a number of contractors, but Colm was the only one who provided a very detailed and thorough with his explanation on what the problem was, and how he's going to fix the water leak in our basement. They were friendly and professional and kept us in the know throughout the project.
