Honest and customer service-oriented!My rearview mirror suddenly decided to social distance from its usual post. At a friend's suggestion, I came to Craftsman Collision in Richmond. Raymond and his team took care of the issue quickly, going above and beyond in calling Lexus and exploring multiple options. In the end, the simplest and least expensive fix did the trick.I also asked to get a quote on fixing a misaligned back bumper from a previous incident. Raymond explained that while it would cost about $1k for the full job, he suggested a temporary solution that I am more than happy with (for now), and then refused to charge me!Highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest auto body shop that does good work and won't lie and swindle you.

I went to Craftsman Collision and saw the manager Raymond, there is a minor scrape on my bumper. He quoted me $700 to repair it, however, he used a Toyota touch-up pen to fix it up. I am shocked at the result, could not even see it. I have been to Craftsman Collision before, and I would highly recommend their service because they are fantastic.

My car was hit and run on the first day back from school and back on the job. Lily, Raymond and Jacky went above and beyond their job to get me back on the road. They made me feel like my claim was a priority and they helped me get thru my hit-and-run experience and dealing with ICBC. They made sure i had a replacement car during pandemic shortages to get me a replacement car when the ICBC rental got cancelled. They have years of experience with difficult claims and helped smooth out the ICBC claims process.I was able to go to work and not worry about my car because i knew it was in good hands. They have a good working relationship with ICBC and i had an adjuster estimate within a day. I'd get frequent updates by text and phone from Craftsman and that was a tremendous peace of mind. There was meticulous attention to detail - i enjoyed the photos of the nest they found in the bumper. The electrical work was done cleanly even with VW's fussy LED headlamp wiring that was not in the parts catalog.The Craftsman Richmond team helped me through a tough time and thanks to them i was able to get to work for the next few weeks while the claim and repair completed. 5 months later and i cannot tell the car had been repaired. I even got Air Miles. Fantastic job and thank you.

The management team, specifically store manager is great with people. The office is clean and tidy, they do call/text reminder, they have new loaner vehicles.My experience with them was absolutely not smooth. I think their service team is either not experienced or not passionate about their work. I had to back and forth numerous times for corrections. Why there's no proper quality control to not have customer come back for corrections?Work was so awful which I expected this from no name shops!I went there because of their brand and thought they are detail oriented, but not happened for me.Manager himself apologized many times for every mistake which I thanked him but why not proper supervision at first place??

Craftsman Collision's manager Raymond Chan and staff are truly stellar! Their car repair and restoration work is amazing! The team is so professional taking care of their customers on time with care and kindness. I am a repeat customer who can't say enough wonderful things about this company on Capstan Way! Ive been coming here for years. First with Joseph than Jason and now with Raymond. Every time i was treated like a king and the work was flawless.Since i basically take care of all the cars for me and the wife's families we've dealt with Craftsman collision richmond a few times and ive got no complaints.Go see Craftsman Collision Richmond if you want your cars fixed right the first time. The turn around time is also much more reasonable than other shops as these guys been doing this for ages.

Without a doubt, the best body shop in Richmond. Whether the repair is minor, or extensive, the crew that works at this location goes above and beyond for all of their customers. A body shop are all pretty much have the same procedures on how to repair vehicles, why I'm writing this review is simply because of the staff's welcoming personality. From start to finish, absolutely flawless. Kudos to the guys who took care of my car. Most importantly to Michael Chen who communicated with me from the get go. He even accommodated my simple request. I highly recommend this location for your vehicles needs, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The service and work that this team provides never disappoints! I was so impressed with the results the first time I brought my car in, I did not hesitate to come back when I got into a 2nd accident. I have a busy schedule, so it helps when communication is clear and that the job is finished when they say it will be. They even did the courtesy of dropping off my fixed car and taking the loaner vehicle back when I didn't have time! Would highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience here when I took my car on for an icbc covered claim. Raymond was fantastic - start to finish - he made it super easy to text him my claim info and photos, arrange a drop off date and rental car, and got the job done in 3 days as promised! The repair was well done and the car was washed and vacuumed and left in sparkling condition for pick up. I can’t recommend this shop highly enough! An overall 5 star experience!
