Do not get their ceramic urns, the quality is significantly lower than the picture on the website, to an almost unbelievable degree.Yes, I know each piece is unique, but the difference in quality is on the level of Aliexpress or Wish. I purchased a green ceramic urn, and what I received was unrecognizable as the product shown on their website. The shape is completely different and much less attractive (it looks like a buttplug) and the glaze lacks any dimension at all. I wish I could attach images because I don’t think I can do justice to just how awful it looks comparatively.Honestly, I feel scammed.Service was good, so I don’t want to give 1 star, but like, come on. You are a crematorium, not a carnival game.If this had happened with just about anything else I wouldn’t be that upset, but because it’s an urn and they’re a crematorium it just feels so disrespectful, both to customers and their pets.
