This place has gone extremely down Hill. Unfriendly staff and unwilling to even try finding a specific part. Will be taking my buisness elsewhere from now on.

I reccomend going somewhere else. Theres never anyone at the front desk things are hard to find and the people behind the parts counter are less than helpful. Was in there 5 min ago got fed up left my stuff on the counter I'll never go back

Never anyone around and the parts staff inst very knowledgeable , have to find my own parts on my phone all the time and show the staff the part numbers. Will be doing my shopping elsewhere

Staff are generally unfriendly, and unhelpful. Every time I’ve been there I’ve had to wait 10 plus min to be helped, even if I’m the only one in the store.

It's supposed to be a heavy duty parts store and they don't even carry bolts. Save the absolute waste of time and just go to fgi.
