Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Got there five minutes before closing and two girls working literally locked the door as I was reaching for it the walked away laughing as I knocked on door. They completely ignored me. I have spent thousands in this store but will never spend another dime there.

Worker/owner was super knowledgeable. Store was extremely clean. In-store dog was calm and quiet. Wide selection of very healthy dog and cat foods and treats. Prices were fair or cheap depending on the item. Will be going back again even though I live over 1hr away.

The staff here is tremendous. Katelyn was a great help in finding a harness and some food for my new puppy Nuge. Top shelf food and great toy selection. Only pet store I'll shop at!

I went here today for the first time and was helped by the nicest gentleman ( I wished I'd asked his name). Saved me two bottles of dog bug spray. Had amazing service and felt like being in a really nice boutique ( without the boutique prices). And I loved the staff''s dogs Ruby and Frank! I will have to go back now to visit them.

We brought our puppy in on Canada day and received a nice little treat for her at no cost. She also got a bandana with the Canadian flag on it for free. We purchased some raw food and a toy. The staff are warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable. It now is our go to place for pet shopping!
