Bought a washer and dryer set from here not too long ago. Great deal, great product. Super friendly and efficient service. Whether you're in 100 Mile House or Williams Lake, both Amanda and Brandon are super to deal with.

Went into Andre's because I was having trouble with my Koodo account and my phone. The young lady that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She fixed my phone and my account in no time. The best customer service I've seen in a long time.

Greeted me promptly and politely. He was very helpful, I would definitely recommend them to friends and family

My phone was stolen. Whangled a new phone. It was super great. Staff are Telus ninjas and you get a stone cold groove to listen on while it all goes down.

I couldn't even imagine that this could happen in Canada. The girl at the cash register is a rude woman who answers rudely and behaves in a rude manner when you ask any question that you did not understand, this history is very interesting. But I will not tell everything, I just want to warn that this store does not respect all customers, or only local customers, I am a migrant, but what does it matter, they did not want to serve me, they were rude and behaved disrespectfully towards the customer, although for all that, I never once raised my voice or was rude to someone, which the cashier did with the owner of the store. When I started talking to the owner of the store and calmly explained everything, the girl continued to argue with a rude voice and rudely impose her right, even though I had already said: please, I don't want to talk to you, she continued to be rude. In the end, the police arrived and began to find out what was the matter. I am very grateful to the police, for the fact that at least there are adequate and calm people who helped resolve the situation. This is some kind of discrimination, or maybe something else, I never understood why I was treated so terribly, I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!

Isaac was absolutely fantastic to work with today! I expected to be in the store for a hour or so, but he was very fast at getting my new phone connected and I was out the door in half hour. Very friendly, excellent customer service.

They contacted me about upgrading my phone and it was perfect timing because my 12 doesn’t work well for phone calls. They upgraded me and I got a few items free due to a credit I received turning my old phone in. Eric was great and provided exceptional service.
