Depotium Mini Entrepôt - Candiac

Up till now very satisfied and nothing negative to say all friendly services. I have yet to go get my code so no pictures

It is first time rental place and I was very nervous to make a questions.The Staff is very nice and all my questions were clearly explain well.I wasn’t sure how much I need a rental space but when I saw a few places started get some idea. Thank you for the great service!!!

I left my stuff and Car for almost 2 years back. Very safe place to leave stuff for long term. Able to take back my car in good running condition after 19 months in store with just Battery & oil work/replacement. Thanks them both.I also had my household stuff in another unit at the same place in addition to one for my car. I moved out from both units (unit for car & for stuff) closed last one after 2 years of moving stuff in. Found all household stuff perfect without damage to books or clothing or any stuff. Everything worked fine throughout 2 years and got back all fine at the end of 2 full years Oct 2019 to Oct 2021. Thanks for staff there both the persons are very friendly and good to communicate and get help/advise all along. Thanks Candiac Team for great help to me.

Left my number for a call back on a particular locker size and they returned my call within the hour. The woman who helped me get set up over the phone stayed after hours to finish working with me, which I appreciate. Eventually she had to transfer me to finalize the contract, but since they were closed, they had to call back again the next day.Unfortunately I did not receive a call the next day. Came in person and worked with Timothy, he said we were on the list of call backs for today. He was great, answered our questions about the agreement and got us set up right away.Space was clean, secure, and there's a dolly waiting at the door. Made sure to return it to the door on our way out!

I have recently rented a storage unit at this facility. Danya, the lady who helped me do all the paperwork was wonderful, highly recommend her. Warm smile, lovely to talk to. She showed me other several possible units and took the time to answer questions. Very friendly and efficient service. I highly recommend this facility.This Depotium facility has indoor and outdoor units. You can drive up to the outdoor units which makes storing your belongings super easy. I personally rented an indoor unit. There are 6 access doors to get into the facility. You can only enter through 2 doors with your code. However, you can easily locate an access door that is closest to your unit and open it from inside. Great storage facility.

A big thank you to Lucie for helping me find the right size that I needed. She was so friendly and helpful and was able to answer all my questions. Clean, secure, drive up units made my moving day so much easier than I expected. Highly recommend!!!

When other facility’s we’re eager to close for the new year they were the right people to call in a time of need, phone service with Antonio was beyond helpful and the front desk made quick and easy work out of getting me set up with a locker! Big thanks again.
