I used to go here all the time but the last time I went a gentleman with glasses was very rude and was on a work phone call while I was trying to decide and would prefer if I had rushed a choice so he could get back to the call. Apparently he was the “boss” yikes.Their customer service needs some work and they got a few employees that look like they don’t even wanna be there. Great selection though, but I’m going to vape street simply because of service.

I’m always buying juices and pods here, it seemed like a good place, however for the whole last week there is no choice of products and the guy in glasses with piercings was pretty rude.

This place is awesome, it carries variety of different vapes and flavours. The staff here are super friendly specially Rocco, he has always been very helpful in choosing the best vapes specific to my preference. Great service and highly recommend!!

Rocco was amazing when I first went in to get a torch. That didn’t work out and I wasn’t happy, when I went back, so Rocco took the time to confer with his colleagues to see how they could help. They didn’t carry what was suggested so Rocco called another store and made sure they had what I needed. Taylor at your store in Coquitlam returned my torch and I bought something that has worked out way better for me. Thanks so much!!!!

Sold me a faulty product and two days later refused to exchange it. Would rate this review at 0 stars if I could. There’s way better shops selling the same, and better products out there. Don’t waste your time of money here.
