KEAN Real Estate Groups’ Earn while you sleep event was very informative and fun. It was a great learning experience and through this session I was able to connect with Austin and begin the expansion of my investment portfolio. This was my second time using the tenant placement service and I am very happy with the result. Kemba was able to find me a tenant that was a good fit for the space and for the amount I was looking for. The Kean team even worked right through the Christmas holiday season to make sure I had someone placed in time for January. Thank you.

I'm so happy I choose Kean Real Estate Group to help us finding tenants for our condo in Toronto.Kemba is an amazing person that is not only personable but also professional and efficient.She was always in communication with me and my husband and did all the 'stuff' that we don't have the time or effort to do and that included pre screening, credit checks and all paperwork for smooth and worry free lease agreements for our property.We will always be greatful for her hard work and dedication in handling our investment as it was her own :)I will continue to work with Kean in the future and would refer to anyone looking for a company to take care of investment properties.

The only reason they aren't getting 1 star is because they did find us a good tenant. But everything else that followed was sub par at best.So my first issue with this group has to do with the delays they cause on receiving rent. My tenants would pay there rent on time but I wouldn't get it for sometimes 5 days! I once had to dip into my savings to cover my bills while I waited for KEAN to transfer me the money they had already received. So if you use this service expect your rent to be sent to you on like the 5th of the month. They rented my unit out for less than what it costed me to own it during the year that I had a tenant I lost 15$ a month then when my condo fees went up I was losing about 65 a month. Even if I raise rent the legal amount it won't cover the deficit left by the advice of this management group. They said that I should be happy to make a little less and that with the gain in equity I will win over time. I wonder how many other landlords out there are okay with losing money each month?They also failed to send me a copy of our lease and that took about 3 weeks to get . After I fired them it took over a year to get my keys back as they simply forgot about me. In closing I would not recommend this management company to anyone . As they simply miss the details it takes to be a good property manager

We decided to work with KEAN after our own efforts to find a tenant were not successful.We received an immediate response with a clear explanation of the process and fee structure.
