I've been to this branch on a Wednesday around 5pm to send some important documents overseas. The person at the desk was very helpful, very respectful and efficient. He typed what appeared to be a very complex address, helped me check it and in the meantime managed the other customers' expectations accordingly. I recommend for customer service.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist. It's such a convenience to have this store in our neighborhood. I visit this location a few times a week for drop offs.

Fantastic, knowledgable, and friendly service. I've used this UPS Store location for years for my business (couriering, colour printing) and for personal matters (passport photos). They are highly attentive to detail. On a few occasions where there has been ambiguity with a delivery, they always went the extra mile to check things out for me and ensure things went smoothly.

I have been coming to this UPS location for 1-2 years now and am very satisfied with the friendly service, the knowledgable staff. Wait times are minimal. It has always been a plesant experience especially since I am somewhat of a regular I have built a lovely rapport with Armin and Elham! Fantastic customer service! This UPS store HAD very good pricing for picking up. But unfortunately, new management decided to increase the price from $10 to $400, a 400% increase! They are no longer my first choice for my Canada shipping needs!
