This place is the best, so lucky to have them in our neighborhood. Reasonable tool rentals, as well as building materials, aggregate and other supplies. Friendly service and helpful staff - miles better than any big box retailer or supplier.

Wow, good Company, Bosses are really professional, would suggest everyone to go there, they have 3 Locations. They also have great mechanic service, so if you rent something with the warranty, they fix it with no problem. Love those guys!

We've been renting lots of tools here for our job on a few century homes we are renovating.This place have the best service when it comes to treating customers(or treating me).They have all the big tools and machines a contractor, landscaper, plumber, electrician or trades guy would need for a job.They are super knowledgeable, understanding, and they help you load anything up to your vehicle. So glad they are so close by.

A great this is a great place to pick up supplies. Especially if you want to get crushed rock or anyting for a foundation. You will find that the prices here are much better than at Home Depot or Rona or Lowe's. You have to grow accustomed to getting access to everything but once you figure that out it's a great place. You have to get by all the contractors who know what they are doing if you're just a regular do-it-yourself type of fixer upper.

Awesome experience today with this store. I have been shopping around for a quality weed whacker for a few weeks, trying to find the best price and service. Which isn't always easy to find. The good folks at Downtown Rental and Building Supplies easily surpassed my expectations. Although I wasn't spending a fortune, they took the time to cater to myself and answer all the questions I asked. I highly recommend the fine folks at Downtown Rental. Great Stihl dealer which is what I ended up purchasing.

Used a chainsaw from this equipment rental. I just don't think it's convenient for anyone to rent a machine without tools to repair it... Specifically a chainsaw knowing how often the chain can come loose and comes off the track. Had to return it and waste time. That happened twice in less than 4 hours. Maybe a tool kit with rentals would be something to look forward to in the future.

This weekend was the first time I'd rented from Downtown Rental and I'll definitely be renting all my tools from here in the future!I received prompt, friendly, and informative service from the first call to confirm availability, right down to dropping the tool off JUST BEFORE they closed on a Saturday.The tool was well maintained and clean, and the guys at the desk were nice enough to give me some pointers since I'd not used this particular tool before.They're local, rates are fair, staff is friendly, and the tools are in good shape - highly recommended.
