The Currie brothers are well-known locals with a passion for music that stretches well beyond Muskoka. This place was highly recommended by my guitar teacher and I was able to easily find a suitable acoustic guitar for the cottage, plus everything else I needed. Great prices. They’re also well stocked with very other instrument you can imagine (including some I could not identify), plus vintage vinyl, tees, tchotchkes and more.

Absolutely love this store! It's truly unique; and tailored to those who love vintage stuff! My in-laws live in Walker's Point; and a trip to see them is never complete without a stop into Currie's. Keep up the great work guys; not only with the store, but with all you do for the local community!

A must-see whenever you're in town. And a great reason to come to town! We as a family have been loyal and frequent customers from day one. My children and grandchildren are regulars. Christmas, Birthdays, Mothers Day, Fathers Day - our first stop to shop. A wonderful store, run by a wonderful family. Always friendly and kind; awesome inventory with awesome prices.

went specifically for the guitars. some rare gems. the currie customs (partscasters, etc) are great value as well.owner was acting was very rude, because I was returning something for store credit. as soon as he saw i was spending more than the value of the item, he was overly nice. ultra lame in my opinion.

I am very specialized in the items I collect such as vintage albums, radios, and other sound related items. Not only has the staff of Curries catered to my wants in a professional and courteous manner, they do it in such a way that I will make the two hour trek from my home just to see what they have. I recently purchased a vintage drum kit from them and was very pleased with the accuracy of their description of the item, the support they gave me and the price they charged. An excellent shop!!!!

Hey. The staff were pretty cool and accommodating. Tidy store, well organized and lots to sift through. A tad expensive for some things, but lots of cool finds and good bargains! I had a great time despite suffering from my alcoholic induced sunburn. Love from St Catharines.. I'll be back on my next cottage/camping adventure that way!

An amazing collection of general memorabilia as well as all things historical musically speaking! These folks clearly love and live what they are doing. This is a must see spot in Gravenhurst! The Currys are a real asset to the community!

Terrible experience here! Very unprofessional. I made plans to record with these guys, I talked to them in person and then was emailing them. I turned down other opportunities with other people and was working hard on getting songs ready. Then they stopped responding to me, so I went to the store to find out why. One of them lied and said he stopped receiving my messages and the other one said it was because they didn’t know me. I found this to be very strange because they advertise for recording online.Cool store, not so cool owners.
