I went to Hairaway in unionville after years of struggling with waxing!! My sensitive skin was really taking a toll from it and after reading the information on their website I decided to give it a try! It was pricier than other places seemed to be online but I just got the sense that Hairaway knew their stuff so I went in for a consultation! I was really impressed! Shanta explained everything to me about laser!! She also said that places who do laser for cheap are working with a laser that isn't as efficient in targeting the hair folicle- because any laser can be marketed as a 'laser' even if it isn't the good stuff! After just one session the hair barely came back at all- there was so little I hesitated if I should get the same are done twice, so to me, it was really worth investing in!I also felt really comfortable at Hairaway, no insecurity or embarresment about my trouble hair areas ;) Shanta is great with people and genuine! I totally recommend giving this a shot for anyone who is tired of waxing and shaving. Especially if waxing is causing you lots of ingrowns or scarring becase in the long run, it can save you money.I probably spent close to $1000 a year on waxing (about $80/month) so it's totally worth it! I've never considered laser hair removal for budget reasons but since I got a new job, I've decided to try it out! I got referred to Hairaway by a friend so I decided to got to them for an initial consultation. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered my questions expertly. I was a little nervous about the whole process but after meeting with them not so much anymore. The actual process itself was actually pretty tame. Now I'm enjoying smooth legs, just in time for the warm weather!
