Kudos to family Robinson. I cannot express how professional, family oriented, accommodating, supportive and understanding they are. Haven’t rode in a couple of decades and they made the experience so easy and simple, from picking out the bike, advise, deposit.. once I picked the bike it was all remote, the paperwork, and even delivered the bike. Considering that I wasn’t local, they even took my support calls when I had some trouble starting the bike when the season started. If you are looking for a one-on-one experience to purchase your next bike, Robinson’s motorcycle is the place.

The most helpful bike shop I have ever been in..... I went back 4 years later to buy another bike and after dropping $27,000.00 on my first bike, I would have thought they could drop $250 off another bike for me. They would not. The bike is still there for sale and I went some place else and bought a bike. They didn't seen to caregiver I was a repeat customer. Not now.

This dealer is so awesome to deal with and customer service is amazing. I purchased a 2009 Harley Ultra Classic from them and left on a trip to Calgary from there parking lot after signing the papers. 1300km into the trip the motorcycle started acting up and I had no throttle. I called Robinson, and even though it fell outside there in-house warranty they had me get the bike checked at Thunder Bay Harley as I had owned the bike less than 24 hours. Robinson helped look after cost (which they did not have to do) and I was on my way. The bike runs great and whatever happened to the throttle hasn't happened again. But the service I received from Robinson was A+. I am a customer for life with this company. They truly care about there customers. And want to provide a positive experience which they did.Thank you so much Robinson, and I love the bike.
