Dr. Lucas Rizzo has been really professional and has shown true commitment to solve my health issues. Initial meeting was amazing. He listens with my concerns and laid a plan on how to help me fine tune my body with his therapy technique with which I felt so relaxed after the first treatment. We are still addressing them but he has made me feel I’m in good hands. I will absolutely recommend him.

New to the area and hurt my lower back moving into our new house. Tried a couple rounds of physio but was still in a lot of pain. So I contacted Waterdown Massage and they had an opening same day! Billed through my insurance and the massage was very professional and high quality. Highly recommend!

Awesome massage place. I am a regular here. However, I recommend trying out a few therapists and finding out which one works best for you because not all of the therapists worked for me. Specifically, one time, when working on my neck area, a therapist was breathing into my face and I completely lost my relaxation. Maybe other people are okay with this, but I am not. So I will just go to a different therapist that works better for me.

Dr. Lucas Rizzo is amazing! I've had two injuries fairly recently, after each session, I regained mobility and was able to get back to playing soccer immediately. Dr. Rizzo takes the time to listen to his patients and selects the best treatment option to get you on the quickest path to recovery. Dr. Rizzo is very different from the other chiropractic doctors I've been treated by; he takes his time to figure out the root cause of the pain prior to treatment. He uses different methods depending on injury/pain. I've had acupuncture, with 'electrodes' as well as cupping. I highly recommend booking an appointment!

I have massage therapy as well as chiropactic acupuncture at Waterdown Massage & Wellness Clinic. Heather has provided me with relief of a chronic problem I've had for years in my shoulders and neck. Her massage technique is very effective! Dr. Rizzo has performed acupuncture on both my feet for different reasons and both times there have been amazing results. He is helpful, listens attentively and understands the issues. I recommend these 2 people for the best treatments I've ever had at a wellness clinic. Susan Clark

My partner and I have been going to Waterdown Massage and Wellness for several months now and are so incredibly happy with the care we have received! The Chiropractic and Accupuncture services by Lucas and RMT services from Heather have truly been 5-star. I had been experiencing very bad back pain for about 6 months after injuring myself, and after seeing several chiropractors and RMTs, Heather and Lucas were able to get me back to feeling my best in the matter of weeks! The office and treatment rooms are very clean, scheduling is flexible and everyone at the office is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Our services were tailored to our needs and we were never up-sold to get treatments that we didn't require. Lucas is the first chiropractor I have had spend 30-45 minutes on my treatment, depending on what my body needed.Would recommend these services & practitioners to anyone, a buissiness I can happily and easily leave a 5-star review for.

Dr. Rizzo it’s extremely personable, respectful and professional. He knows his stuff and has helped me with years old injuries. Fairly priced for a great chiropractor.
