The man working the front was SO amazing. Super chatty and made the experience way better. I returned a wig and he was so nice about it. I would go just to visit him ahah.

AMAZING place. The employees are very nice and helpful, my stuff was in good quality, fair pricing. Would definitely come again next year on halloween. :)

Spent roughly $90 on two costumes. Selection was limited. My issue is that my wife and children felt as though they were constantly being followed by one of the workers. Had my wife brought this to my attention before we paid I would have taken my business to Spirit Halloween. This place was just convenient because we had just finished dinner at Eastside Mario's.

It was amazing last night on how they turned off all the animatronics so that kids with sensory hearing dont get freaked out. It was so welcoming and i went with my friend and their mom ^^ i was in my own costume so that i wouldnt scare the little ones.

The lady behind the cash register was friendly on entry and exit but we passed other staff and not a smile or hello or an offer to assist. They do have lots to choose from but for kids costumes I will go to other retailers with lower prices. This year I was not impressed but I have bought in the past. If there is great customer service I will pay a bit more but not double the price for a one time wear as kids grow.
