5+ stars for the Service Department at Hyundai Surrey! I want to say a HUGE thank you to Allan and his team for their amazing service and assistance with with my car repairs. Allan really went above and beyond on ensuring everything went smoothly. It’s a stressful time when something horrible happens to your vehicle but Allan really helped lessen the stress with how quickly he was able to get a part in and repair my car in such a short amount of time. I’m super appreciative for the kind and reassuring service throughout the process. Again, thanks a ton for your help!

I would like to truly appreciate Ryan (Hyundai service coordinator) for his excellent support in fixing complex issue on my Hyundai sonata. I have zero knowledge and the way he briefly explained with patience on the repair and cost estimates along with the technical diagram of the component getting replaced was highly transparent. Keep up the excellent customer service.

Brakes were acting funny and was informed by mechanic that there's a safety recall. Called Jim Pattison hyundai to book appointment which wasn't available for 20+ days. Explained situation needed to know if I could get it fixed on my own and reimbursed if they can't see me any sooner. Manager was supposed to call back same afternoon never heard from them.Reached out to Langley hyundai and explained the situation they got me in the same week.Jim Pattison terrible service each time. Shady and unscrupulous practices and people.

Please note that when I called I specifically asked for a basic service and if break inspection was included. I confirmed with the booker it was, and was read the services included. This was the $89 booking.My partner when dropping off the car was quoted $318. I then spoke to the service representative who noted this was the Basic 2 package with extras". These are extras I never requested or booked for.After some back and forth over the above miscommunication/lack of transparency I was told the work completed today would be a basic 2 package without the "extras" and quoted $266 after taxes (base quote was 224)I have used Jim Pattison Surrey at Guildford before. Actually bought my suv there. The service manager also helped me when my catty was stolen. The same previous service manager also helped me with my last service and was incredibly forthright.I'm disappointed with the above experience today. I'm waiting to hear back from the service manager about the lack of transparency in the booking and the changing price and "extras" that were added on without prior discussion. If I hadn't mentioned to my partner to reconfirm the quote

I recently visited the Hyundai dealership service center and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The employees were rude and unhelpful, and the wait time for receiving service was extremely long.From the moment I arrived, I could tell that the employees were in a bad mood. They seemed disinterested in helping me and were impatient when I asked any questions. I was shocked by their rudeness and lack of professionalism.To make matters worse, the wait time for receiving service was excessively long. I had to wait for one hour just to get my vehicle checked in, which was frustrating and inconvenient. It felt like they didn't care about their customers' time and were not prioritizing their needs.Overall, I would not recommend this Hyundai dealership service center to anyone. The employees' rude behavior and the excessive wait time for service made for an incredibly unpleasant experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for better service.

A special thanks to **Allan Yiu**, the man went above and beyond for me. I was a bit annoyed with an issue i had with my brand new car, and he did the impossible to make my experience extremely comfortable. I don't wanna sugar coat it but he really cared about how happy i am with the experience.
