Great massage service!The girls do chat to much during the massage unless you tell them to stay quiet. They charge double when you use your insurance benefits and still asking for a tip...

This place is super sketchy. The therapist was a money hungry lady, always trying to sell me hot cupping treatment. I was unable to relax for the entire session because she kept saying I need the hot cupping service. At one point I stopped responding her but she kept going……..When it’s finally over so I can get the hell out, the receptionist had asked me to give tips. I didn’t want to tip them because of the terrible service at first, but due to curtesy I left them with 10%. The receptionist said it’s not enough, why are u so cheap?You won’t relax in this place. I wish I could rate them zero star.

went here about 5-7 times already. hard firmness massage but good, that's how they are supposed to be. Had Ava and Wendy, both are really good and not lazy, they like their job. only had 1 below average visit with another massuese. cash combos are good pricing, RMT for insurance are a lil bit higher then other places.

There's a 25-minute wait for an appointment. Massage and scraping is very painful. Tell her that she does not need so much strength but it is useless. Dare not lie down for two days。Don't come here. Very bad experience

I've been coming to this place for a while now and I really enjoy this place the massages are amazing! The prices are great aswell, especially if you pay cash. I always get the the 90 minutes, 45 min foot and 45 min back and it's only 86 dollars! I see alot of reviews complaining about the girl at the front desk asking for tips which I do understand that she shouldn't but I also understand why she does because so many people are cheap and the girls there work hard and deserve a good tip.

They keep asking for big tips every time I visit. If big tip is not given they get upset! I love the place and the massage is great but please stop asking for tips every time!!Thank you

Recently, my back has been hurting so badly. I asked for a 105 minute combo, and it was spectacular. My back has never has never felt so relieved before. Highly suggest!

Good massages but the receptionist needs to stop hustling clients for more tips. The owner needs to pay their therapists more money.How would you feel upon visiting if you you tipped 12 bucks for a $72 massage in cash and then got asked to tip more and then was told the therapist was only paid $20 bucks plus tip? It makes my visits awkward.

The owner should pay their employees more or ask them to stop forcing customers to pay more tip.The owner should Stop asking customers to ask for another person/receptionist. This is your business issue. You will lose customers. This is not our issue. Deal with your staff.

I’ve been going here at least once a month for nearly 4 years, I don’t usually write reviews. But the last two times I visited the service was horrible. It seems to be going downward, rooms were not clean, and it smelled. The worst part was when I went to pay, my total was $72, so I paid with a $100 bill, when she gave me my change of $28. I left $18 and picked up $10, she had the audacity to say they require a minimum tip of $20. I was hesitant to say “fine no tip then”, but I figured the girls are being underpaid. So I proceeded to pay the requested amount, but I have never in my 40 years of life been so embarrassed. I hope they close down so these ladies can get better jobs, I feel bad for them, and will not be returning. QW FOOTCARE SALON DOWN THE STREET WAS WAY BETTER.
