The staff at the store always helpful and very knowledgable about the products. Because low stock is in many places right now I never have an issue and I need to call in just to see if the products in to save me the drive. The staff is never bothered happy to put it aside for me to pick up. And thanks for making recommendations for a new items as well it’s much appreciated

I am always very comfortable going to this store. The staff are always lovely. With COVID and the resulting supply chain issues, the specialty food I usually get for my cat has been out of stock for a very long time. Over the last month and a bit I have regularly called the store to ask after it. Bonnie" has been doing her best to try to get it for me but was unable. Finally

This is my preferred pet store to get food for my cat and dog. The staff is always super friendly and very thoughtful when I need help. I'd rather support a small local business like this one over large corporations and I'm happy I can get here. The parking lot can be painful at times but that's par for the course in Hamilton, isn't it?

Was pleased with our visit to global pet foods. We came in looking for some dry food for our two cats, the staff gave us a free sample when we rang out told us about a fantastic return policy should our cats not be a fan of the food and how they donate the returned bags to shelters.

I came to the store the other day and it was incredibly hot! The inside of the store was like an oven and the two lovely people behind the counter were literally sweating. Every time ive been here I am blown away by the quality of customer service im offered, the staff go above and beyond. So, for goodness sakes, get these people an air conditioner! They deserve better

Good service, fair prices, extensive selection of products and friendly staff.. Check them out !The prices are not fair any more .... Very very expensive ATM.So .... Now Global will not provide a bag unless you pay for a bag, claiming carbon foot print! I will now only buy what fits in two hands and make my remaining purchases elsewhere.While the carbon foot print is a problem ..Global is price gouging.. If they really did care about the foot print they would not suggest purchasing a bag .... Micro fees add to the bottom line ..for Global who's prices are already high.

This pet food store has the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered. I've been there a few times and have always had a fantastic experience. One time, I was paying cash (didn't have my card on me) and was about 30 cents short for everything I was buying. One of the employees (might have been the manager?) was so so kind and gave me the change I needed to complete my purchase. More recently, my cat has been sick and won't eat so we've been trying a bunch of different foods for her. The staff here spent lots of time with me discussing foods that could work for her, and seemed so knowledgable and considerate, even going online to read more about her condition and the ingredients in previous foods that didn't sit well with her. They also were so understanding of the position I am in and offered to allow me to return the bag as long as it was 3/4 full and I had the receipt in case my cat won't eat the new food.I never leave reviews usually but I was just so blown away by how awesome and caring the staff were here.

Very rude, wouldn't give assistance after asked, tried to send me out the door without paying then accused me of trying to rip them off because they lost the other $20 I gave them, my friend asked him to call a dog friendly cab they said they did and yet when I called there was no cab on its way... Will not be going to this global pets again!
