Valley Bassets have great stock for there puppies.

Sold a puppy to an 79 year old woman few years ago with heart failure very visible mobility issue. The woman died July 21. I’m furious because this dog has suffered so much. A responsible breeder would not sell a puppy to someone of that age and health issue. Knowing that most likely the dog would out live her The dog now has tumours, and eye/ear problem and grossly overweight and Wasn’t cared for and Never walked because the owner was unable to walk. I wanted to ripe a strip of her when she sold the dog but I promised I would not. Now that she has passed and the dog had serious medical issues due to her environment and now tumours. I feel horrible for her. The dog will mostly likely need to be euthanized. I’m waiting on the vet. How dare you sell a dog to someone unable physically, mentally and financially care for her. This is a life it’s not just money. I want people to read There should be laws against backyard breeders. Anyone can register with Canadian kennel club. Doesn’t mean they are responsible breeder .
