I’ve had no issues with any of the employees. They are all super friendly and answer all my questions. It’s a lovely environment and all the plants I’ve bought from Colyn’s have been for the most part healthy. However, I recently bought a plant that was infested with aphids, and they did not exchange my plant for a healthy one. This is something a nursery, I feel, should do. I’m aware this can be a common problem among plants, but as a nursery they should sell healthy plants and not expect there customer to settle for any sickly plant.

The staff is energetic, helpful and fun! Selection is great, although I knew it would be limited after Customer Appreciation Day. I trust Colyns to offer me plants that are healthy and will thrive for the season or perennially.
