Dirty store. They don’t have a oven and serve cold brownies in cupfection. When complained, the staff gave microwaved brownie. They didn’t even remake the whole thing.

The so called manager is an absolute disgrace to this franchise. He’s been nothing short of rude and unprofessional to customers. Multiple disappointing experiences at this location. I’m not sure how this guys is still employed

I would give 0 stars if I could food was clearly premade tasted like cardboard was cold and stale. Tasted like it was out for 3 days.

Small portions. Inconsistent portions. Inability to admit staff mistake. Go to the Quadra DQ for better products.I got three medium sundaes. All three were different amounts of soft serve but one was half the size (one bump). When asked he said it was a medium.I worked at DQ as a kid. They had a policy, one bump for a small, two for a medium. Three for a large. Two sundaes had two, one had one and my wife was like, this one's way less.That was with a tip too. Soft serve is super cheap for a 6$ sundae. Not going back. Go to Quadra or McDonalds for better value.

Zero customer service skills from a few staff. I have been very patient with the staff I have interacted with, and of the few times I have visited only 2 women at the front have been good at customer service and 1 man who was a cook in the back who was polite enough to explain that something went wrong with my order. Other than that, I've been ignored when I've asked politely for some help, I have gotten an uhdunno" when I asked if I could order and a point to the fridges without a word when I was looking for dilly bars but couldn't see them. Hillside location has much better service and the people are almost always smiling and are willing to explain things in a nice manner. The problem is how far it is for me

As far as DQ goes, this place is pretty standard. Quick service of fast food burgers, chicken strips, Blizzards and ice cream treats. Main reason for going here is convenience. Staff are always friendly and hard working.

Had wonderful lunch and delicious milkshake. Store was clean, including the bathroom. Nice and friendly staff. Fun looking cakes. Will definitely come back for more treats.

Basic Dairy Queen fare. Sundae cups were sticky, sauce was over the rim. Tables were sticky. The entire seating section smells like a toilet. Like really awful Just made everything taste bad because it smelled so bad in there.The seating area has holes in the wall, and other wall parts are missing sections of what looked like tile at one pointReally run downGag worthy smellsNext time, we'll drive down to Hillside for DQ.

I used to work at this location in 2021.1. I remember serving 2 blind customers a banana split and going thru a box of brown/squishy bananas to find a nice one for them. The manager, Jesse, interrupted my search to say, “You know they can’t see it, right?” I was horrified, ignored him and made them a proper banana split.2. I had an intimate issue with a coworker and subsequently was transferred to the Hillside location for one shift. I left 3 hours into the shift because of the mismanagement and mistreatment I was experiencing from each staff member. A customer apparently complained about their order during that time and in response the District Manager, Dave English, told the customer (without asking me first) that I am “special needs” and that they’ve been “working with me” on my confidence to get me to work affectively. This is untrue and if Dave had asked me prior to sending this email, I wouldn’t have consented to it.I promptly quit less than a week after this incident and continued at my other position as a caregiver for adults with developmental disabilities.I have experienced some pretty terrible management in my time, but Dave and Jesse’s actions crossed serious lines. I cannot believe it’s been a year since I’ve worked there and the same people are still running the business.I have reached out to DQ Canada about this mistreatment twice and been ignored/dismissed.This is a part of my story. I have more.
