Amazing experience for my mom.No high pressure sale. They asked lots of questions but left it up to us to decide which hearing aid to buy.We ended up buying the mid range and it was $5500. Yes you can probably find cheaper but pretty sure you won't get the same kind of service as what these guys provide.Fantastic staff and I loved the fact that they are in no rush. They answer questions and are really good at explaining each step of the process.They even connected my mom's phone and iPad so she didn't have to try and figure it out herself.

Highly recommend Stanford Hearing. Being it is a family operated business you will receive warm and professional customer service. Ron is very knowledgeable of the products he sells and is more than patient to answer all your questions. Amanda also works in the office and helped me with deciding to take the plunge as she also wears them. Everyone in the office are super friendly and bend over backwards should you ever have a problem. They don’t forget about you once you leave after purchasing the product. Great place!!

I had asked for the EPS hearing test to be conducted. The technician seemed to be confused with the Alberta Police instructions and only conducted one portion of the test and signed that I don't meet the hearing standards. She said that my hearing is normal and EPS won't be concerned about it but as per the instructions she will have to say that I don't meet the criteria until I come back with a new form which doesn't exist.This clinic is not as familiar with this exam as they claim to be on their website.

Just finished my trial run and have received my personal pair of Unitron Moxi Blu BR hearing aids. It’s been life changing hearing sounds I have not heard for decades. The remote app control and flexibility in smart phone connectivity is quite amazing.Now onto my experience with Stanford... great group of people to work with. Candice and Ron were patient with all of my questions and concerns the process was quick and seamless. I have already recommended them to two people who are in the search for hearing instruments. Their office is clean and set up well also has good parking.
