Island Gm is amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly what you want. I have never had such a positive and awesome experience buying a vehicle! All of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Last month I purchased a used car from Island GM. I received excellent service with complete honesty. I found a listing for a used Kia Soul on the internet, called Island GM on the telephone, negotiated a price, and asked for an honest opinion of the condition of the car. Living 2 hours away, I was wary of driving to Duncan and being disappointed. They were honest, the car was immaculate, the price was fair, I bought it.Highly recommended.

ISLAND CHEVROLET BUICK GMC got my vehicle in right away after my request for repairs for a power brake issue. The faulty brake repair ended up being a policy no charge service. I took advantage of their complimentary shuttle service for a ride home. They had the parts in stock, indicated when the truck would be ready and were spot on with their service. They checked over several other items and gave me a comprehensive list of some issues that are developing. I was very pleased with their service department.

Took my truck in because it was making a weird noise and feeling in the floor when I turn right, they gave me a long list of things they want to do including an oil change because my oil looks very dirty(I changed it 6 days before) but the main thing was they wanted me to change my ball joints and control arms. Almost charging me $4000! I bought them myself for $1100 and did them myself. 3/4 ball joints and both control arms were completely fine. AND the turning right issue was still there. The problem is the bearing inside my hub. Which was NEVER mentioned to me. They charged me a super expensive quote and justified it because an eXpEriEnCeD mEcHaNiC looked at it for 2 hours. Not good enough to notice my bearing apparently. Can you imagine paying them $1100 for your parts and $2900 for labour for a single day job?? Absolutely inexcusable

I was traveling from Calgary and experienced a service engine light in the dash that came on and turned off again. I did not want to return home without having it checked out. They booked me the next business day and made sure everything was fine with my Cadillac; I waited while they performed the service and I appreciate the prompt, courteous and efficient manner they displayed in making sure my car was roadworthy.

The service team went out of their way to make my time whilst waiting for my cruise vehicle an enjoyable one. I was kept informed of any items that needed attention and the cost to do them.The vehicle was returned to me clean and ready for the next 6000 kilometers.Thankyou

I highly recommend Island Chevy they have a wonderful sales team, Chippy specifically helped me trade in my vehicle and get a new 2023 Malibu. They are friendly, courteous and treated me like a valued customer. Chippy got me fair trade on my other vehicle and really made me feel like my time spent at the dealership was valued.
