I have an old discontinued elevator that Home Elevators installed 12 years ago and it has been almost 100% reliable. The Company has bent over backwards to service my elevator and fix two minor issues that have occurred during this period. It is very important to have an elevator serviced regularly so as to avoid problems, and it pays to do so.

Organized, professional and knowledgeable. As a luxury custom home builder my company standards are at the highest level. We are getting older and wanted to turn our three level house into a bungalow so we can live here another decade. We contacted three companies, met with them and secured quotes. Home Elevators of B.C. was the obvious choice when everything was considered. They were fair with their pricing and their installation crew was amazing. The only hick-up was the time it to took to get the job done. That wasn’t the fault of HEBC. Half way through the job we changed to a glass elevator and the glass company had some problems and the job was delayed. We love our new elevator and feel it adds significant value to our home. In a heartbeat we would recommend HEBC.
