Oh my god where should I start ! I ordered a coffee and it was French vanilla a simple order and they still messed it up. It doesn’t taste anything like French vanilla and I swear to god the cup is only half filled. Also, the staff is extremely rude. They don’t say hi to you they don’t listen to you. They mess up your order like I’ve been there so many times and still same terrible service. I saw staff arguing with each other over a paper bag. I’m never going there to ruin my mornings anymore.

21 Mar 2023; We ordered drinks and doughnuts, and my wife used the washroom while I waited. She returned, grossed out at the state of cleanliness. The room smelled badly, and there were tons of little bugs. We didnt touch our food until we found another washroom at the Pacific Centre to first wash our hands with soap and water.

Not a neat place to sit in and relax with friends or family. Toilets were broken or they are just reluctant for their clients to use them. Definitely not recommended at least this Tim Hortons.

Customer service at this location was really poor. A lot of the workers had attitudes towards customers for no reason- especially the cashier, seemed like she didn't want to be there. This location is also extremely filthy with garbage scattered everywhere in the dining room. Various tables had residue left on them which indicates how poor their attention to cleanliness is, makes you wonder how sanitation and food preparation procedures are followed. Save your money and visit other locations instead.

I like Tim Holton's ice cap, French vanilla.My friend said that it's delicious if you add shots to French vanilla. So I asked the staff when I ordered, but the staff's attitude was really bad.I hate to think this, but most Indians working in Timholton feel unfriendly.

The Dunsmuir location is great. the music is on point! Says closes at 3 but I am here at 4pm Saturday and it's open.The food is good coffee is good they have 2 veggi options lime Cilantro or habanero, both can be gotten as a bowl, wrap or sandwich. I got the habanero bowl it's a tiny bit spicy for me but It was really nice so I would definitely suffer through again. They also do oat milk for coffees and maybe soy and almond. Donuts are great and they have offers on the app sometimes! Will return definitely staff are really nice in this location too and it's not very busy so you'll get a seat :)

Had heard and seen a lot of Tim Hortons after arriving in Canada 2 weeks back.Got a crispy chicken burger here to test out the waters, and oh my goodness. I guess this was the farthest from a burger that I have eaten yet. The bun was too hard and the chicken was weird. The only saving grace was the sauce they used which was spicy and good.I'd recommend heading over to the next door A&W to get a burger if you find yourself around this area.

I come to this place once a week and one thing I’ve been noticing was how grumpy one of the Filipino employees there. She doesn’t smile even after approaching her in a friendly manner. She doesn’t greet you back and aways has that grumpy face like someone ruined her day, always been like that. Unfortunately today she’s the one who prepared my large French Vanilla. Lol, not only was I disappointed with her “angry” face and poor service but also the large French vanilla was only filled a bit over halfway. It doesn’t taste like one too. Fire her!!!

Worst service and food was cold and raw! This is after taking 15 mins and still not giving inedible food.When asked for a refund or replacement they completely ignored .
