I bought a 2018 Elantra sight unseen fom this dealer off Autotrader in May 2022. The only reason I gave a 2 star rating is that they accommodated me in the fact that I took a month to pick up the vehicle.I drove the vehicle from their lot in Woodbridge to London. The battery would not hold a charge again. So obviously they were boosting it every day just to start it. I had to put an AGM battery in it the day after I bought it for $275.Next- it shouldn't have passed Safety because the driver side brake light didn't work. When I changed the bulb- still didn't work. The socket was burnt out, so I had to replace the wire harness in the tail light assembly- $60.Next- whoever replaced a door sensor failed to put the rubber boot back on, so the door wasn't making contact with the sensor switch. So, in the middle of the night the horn would come on to signal a door was open until it drained the battery dead. So, I replaced the door sensor boot- $10.Lastly, first time I took the car through the car wash- all the paint is peeling off the hood in patches. Now I have to take the car to a body shop to have them sand the hood down and repaint it. That will cost $300-500.It's obvious this dealer gets cars at auction and does the least possible to rush it back out the door. The hood was obviously not prepped properly, just had a quick coat slapped over the hood that came off another car.So in the end, it wasn't such a good deal that I thought I got. I might as well have paid $1000 more to a dealer that paid more attention to detail than this one.I would not buy here again.

People beware of this used car dealer, I don't know how people like him is in business, I bought a 2016 Honda Civic LX from Ravil, the first scam was advertising one car but in reality selling a different car, second thing, he changed the rims and tried to pass off 2008 out dated Honda rims on me, third thing, he changed the rims and put on rims that looked like 2016 Honda rims with winter tires, but since it was September I didn't think it would have been a problem, but the very next day one of the tires went flat, I took the car back to him and he told me that it was the valve stem which was a lie, and a couple of weeks later the same tire went flat again, and when I took the car to my mechanic he told me the tires were no good, fourth thing is, I asked him if he had changed the oil on filter, his words was, yes why wouldn't I, but after 1000 km my engine light came on telling me maintenance due soon, my mechanic said that the oil hasn't been changed in a long time, honestly I don't know why these people are still in business, so people stay CLEAR of MECCA MOTORS 5655 hwy.7 Woodbridge On. This is not a trusted dealer so take my advice and go to another dealership you won't be disappointed.

I bought a 2014 Toyota Sienna from Mecca. Great service. I came from out of town and he had the vehicle ready before I got there. Ravi was patient in explaining all the different processes and he safetied and plated the vehicle before I bought it. The only reason I didn't give him a 5 star is because the tire pressure light was defective and never disclose before arrival. I had to take as is. Otherwise I recommend this dealership.

They put my mind at ease and recommended a used vehicle which was more suitable for me than what I originally came for. Secondly, They have good integrity, I called this dealership months later for a minor leak. They covered the repair immediately in their shop, no hassles. I’m very pleased about that since it would of costed a lot at a Lexus dealership. Thank you Ravil, your integrity and higher level of standards is unmatched. Definitely gained my trust and respect! I love my RX 350 - it’s mint for the year, my kids love it, and it’s comfortable! :)

Make sure to ALWAYS ask/check the carfax before purchasing any vehicles from this dealership. Owner seems to downplay the severity of some of the vehicles being sold that were on accidents.

I have the rudest sales person that I ever meet in my entire life Ravil Anderjanov. I called regarding a vehicle that they had listed for sale , 2019 Toyota Camry . When I called to enquire about the vehicle , I asked if it’ has been in an accident , I was told it’s a minor incident with the damage of only $1200 . And when I asked for the CarFax , I was told to come in to the shop and he will show me the CarFax . So I made a trip from Oshawa to Woodbridge over 1 hour drive and when we got there he had the hood open trying to start the vehicle . After inspecting the vehicle briefly , I ask if he had a picture of a damage , he replied , that he sure has and went in to look for the picture , when I was inspecting the vehicle as where the accident had occurred , I came to notice that there was more to the accident that he claims to be a very minor one . I also notice that the rim where the accident where seems to occur had more damage , when I mentioned that to him , he immediately downplay the damage and keep insisting it was curb rash when it appears it’s a bent rim, and when I said the rim is damage he did not seem to like what I’m saying as we continued inspecting the car he went inside to looks for the picture of the damage . I went inside the office to see if he found any pictures he replayed negative and he ask for the key for the car I said I don’t have , he immediately ask me and my wife to leave and it felt like kick me outside the shop as far I’m concerned , I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone, and buyers be aware.
