This place is amazing, I had my brakes go conveniently right by their shop. Brad took a quick look and told me the problem and arranged to have it fixed the next day. I'm new to nanaimo and I don't know anyone here and he organized a ride home for me. I'm so happy that I pulled into this shop, my uncles car was fixed and ready to be picked up the next day. Bonus is it wasn't that expensive. So happy with my experience here. I will definitely be going back.

brought in my old camper van which I've had for a very long time for a wheel alignment. the service was great and who ever the person working on it was, he did fantastic job..... I am super happy.

They were friendly, helpful and honest. Thoroughly explained what needed to be done, and gave me an estimate that once the job was done the cost was lower than the estimate. My vehicle sounds better and works great.

I called this Midas location to get a second opinion/quote on work I apparently needed done on my truck (based on a different mechanic shop’s diagnosis). I talked to Leanne over the phone, who was absolutely amazing. She was very patient with me and the customer service was top notch. Not only did she give me a better quote than the other shop did but on top of that, when I booked the appointment and brought the truck in, they found that I didn’t even need half of the work done the original shop said I needed. Leanne and the team at Midas saved me roughly $300 and now I have piece of mind that the right work was done, nothing unnecessary that I didn’t need.Will definately go back to Midas just based on my experience with Leanne.

I have used this location in the past, Spencer and team have been exceptional and professional. The staff at really friendly and knowledgeable......they take great pride in the work from the front to the mechanics in the shop. I've been taking all my vehicles here for 15 plus years and they never let me down. An actual ho eat and trust worthy mechanics shop. And there muffler guy is the absolute best 20 plus years at the same shop. Unheard off.

Brought in my old van to get the brakes done and they guy working on it had a he'll of a time removing the rusty bolts and stuff..The guy working yhe front desk area threw on some gloves and decided to help him out. A 2.5 he job turned into almost 5. They both went above and beyond their duties to make sure I left happy and I am so thankful to everyone who was involved. Thank you!!
