Dairy Queen (Treat)

Fast service. The online orders were ready for pickup upon my arrival. Great experience with Dairy Queen. Staff were pleasant to deal with.

Let me share my experience as a permanent customer of Dairy Queen. This place has always been lovely and must everyday go. As an international student, although I didn't have that much money and time, I have always tried to find to go to DQ. But today, I promised myself never ever to go here again!Basically let me explain it. I came into the restaurant located in 626 Sheppard Ave (just next to Starbucks) There are several female staff that even knew me and met me kindly.However, today there's a man working, who was quite aggressive to me I didn't know why. I asked for Blizzard (didn't remember the name, just tried to explain, he started laughing so rudely, and told me better not to order. That was quite weird to get such things from my favourite place. I continued ordering by ignoring the situation, but he still was continuing laughing. I said: I will not order anymore please cancel. Because, I wanted the other staff to come and take my order. This man started to say something about me in his own language to the customer who is from the same country. They started laughing together by looking at me. My heart was literally broken and I couldn't stay in the restaurant anymore. Although I was about crying, I didn't tell anything to anyone just left the restaurant.Will never ever, come to DQ. I can come and show this man whenever you wish if you want to find a fair solution for me. But I believe you will not. Anyway, I hope noone will have such an experience since it is against humanity.

Location was very busy when I went on a Sunday evening during that hot April weather we had. Don't know how busy it will be during the summer though.I bought a couple of small Blizzards and they all were melting pretty quick. Never had that happen before. At least they were tasty.Parking is a bit of a challenge in this plaza so keep your eyes open of cars and random idiots just walking wherever they feel like doing so.

Nice DQ, never too busy. If only they offered Grill and not just Chill! It's too bad the servers don't really care and will just handle your ice cream like it's dogfood.- Misinformed about Blizzard of the Month- Shoved my bliz with a cold drink lid- No upside-down flip- Melted ice cream was more like cold soupAll in all, a decent DQ. Don't expect fireworks.

Visited on Easter Sunday was glad they were open ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard & a strawberry banana smoothie, both tasted great, service was prompt , interior was very clean, lots of frozen dessert selections including ice cream cakes and cupcakes , downside is the seating which is a small bench that can seat about 2 ppl.

Location is what you'd expect from Dairy Queen. I won't be returning to this location because they refuse to use chocolate ice cream to make sundays.

Flavour-less ice creamNot sure if this is true of all Dairy Queen’s. We ordered the new fruit flavored dip cone and the Oreo brownie cuptacular. The ice cream for both was flavour-less. All I tasted on the Sunday was Oreo cookies and a two-bite brownie. Everything else just tasted like sugar; there was no vanilla, “milk”, or “cream” flavour, which defeats the purpose of ice cream.In their defense, the products looked as they were advertised. But two stars removed for the taste. Likely not coming back.

The worst Dairy Queen I’ve been to. They don’t even have a microwave to heat up the brownies then go in the original recipes of dairy queen, lady was making excuses that the recipes have changed and we don’t carry those brownies anymore

The young lady with glasses working the counter tonight is a hard worker. She was moving really fast trying to serve everyone and she was friendly too. I like that experience. So rare these days.
