Who hired Syed Iqbal as the branch manager? Are you kidding me? I will not go to Budget any more.I just read many previous reviews critizing the poor customer services provided by Syed. I could not agree more. I must write a comment to let other people know about how Budget cheat on clients!I had 13 guests coming to town from overseas late September. I could not mess up with the car rentals. That was why I called Budget early July to inquire about a price for TWO suv’s. I was given the price of $2100.00 for 13-day rental of TWO vechicles. On the safe side, on July 10, I personally went to Bugget to make a formal reservation for TWO suv’s. Syed was serving me. I confirmed the price with Syed twice for TWO suv’s. The answer was still the same, $2100.00. I asked Syed for a hard copy for my reservation showing the price. He said everything was in his computer. No worries.In mid September, two weeks prior to my car rentals, I even sent an e-mail to Syed to confirm the reservation and price, my e-mail was totally ignored. Three days before the pickup, I made a phone call to Budget and talked to Darryl to confirm the price for TWO suv’s, yep, still $2100.00.The day had finally come. I went to pick up TWO suv’s at Budget. Darryl gave me TWO orders to sign with each one showing $2100.00. I was totally shocked and upset by being charged for $2100 PER suv. I asked for a price for TWO suv’s. Ridiculously, they indicated $2100.00 was for EACH suv ONLY ON THE DAY that I picked the suv’s up, not on July 10.Anyway, Darryl called Syed who was in another office at that moment. I requested to talk to Syed hopefully to resolve this problem. Unfortunately, SYED HAD NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. HE WAS RUDE AND ARROGANT. He did NOT even try to help, but insulting his regular client. He clearly said it was the way he ran the business. I suspected he did it on purpose to scam people’s money on the day of pickup. Clients could not go any where else.If they were to tell me two and a half months ago of $2100 was “per vechicle”, I could had had easily gone to Budget’s competitors.Anyway, ended up Darryl hung up on Syed and was feeling sorry for what I was going through. He was willing to help me and gave me a price of $2600.00 for TWO suv’s. There was still an extra costs of $500.00, but Budget left me no other choices of going anywhere else in last minutes. I needed the suv’s To pick up my guests.I used to go to Budget for car rentals. But after dealing with Syed, sorry, Budget is now blacklisted by me and my friends. We do NOT want to deal with cheaters and rude people.Conclusion: Syed was a manager, but acted like a gangster by insulting and threatening people.Darryl was a very pleasant staff to deal with. He should be promoted to the position of manger! He had the right attitudes, at least.

I will never go back to this place. A few years back, they tried to get me to pay cash on the spot for some mark on the rear bumper that was there from before. When taking the car out, I even pointed out that mark and the guy said marks on the bumper like that are normal but on the way back when returning it was a different guy who had a different tone and told me I need to pay cash on the spot to settle or expect call from budget head office (I told him to let budget head office call me)If you are going to rent from this place, only rent during day light, make sure the vehicle is clean and not wet or dusty and take pictures of the whole exterior and tell them to write every single small scratch on the sheet before you sign.

Office guy was 1hour and 15minutes to late to open the location. Phoned 2 Budget phone numbers and none of them could solve the waiting problem. All we could do was waiting. After 1.15 hours we had to pay an extra $ 50 because the car we ordered could not be rented out because it was just returned and not checked. No free upgrade. Next time I will pass budget rental cars.

They are thieves. Rent at your own risk. And forget about the pre authorize amout they won't give it back to you. I rented a truck from them 4 weeks ago just for one day and they asked me to drop it overnight so I fueled up the tanks and droped the truck overnight week 10 days later I see a transaction on my visa for $150 by them. I called them to check that why did they charged my card apparently the guy doesn't know why it got charged he said my manager did it but he's not here. for one week I called every single day but couldn't get hold of the manager he's Pakistani guy and he's the owner . So finally a week later same guy answered the phone and said my manager said that you didn't pump the fuel in the truck I was shocked and I was like i have the fuel receipt he said he can't do anything I called my visa company and they said they can't do anything because budget is a big company and they have big pre authorisation limit. Now I am taking them to court not for $150 for them to not Rob anyone else in future.

Reserved a 26' truck on August 22, 2018 I went the next day to pick up and was told that there wasn't a reservation for me.I ask them to search other location for availability they didn't do that he offered me a 16' truck I told him that won't do. I found a truck elsewhere and went about my day.I check my credit card statement today and there was a $350.00 hold on my credit card. I called the location and spoke with the same person I saw yesterday morning to ask him why he put a hold on my credit.His exact words was he thought I was going to take the 16' foot truck so he went ahead and put a hold on my credit card I wasn't even there.I called customer service which turned out to be useless the last time I reserved a truck from them the gas tank was not full. he told me to bring it back full and they will give me a discount that didn't happen.I called the next day to question them about it, the person I spoke to said oh your fighting over a few dollars, it was far from a few dollars and that issue still hasn't been rectified.Be cautious and check your statements when renting from this location and good luck with customer service because your not going to get much service at all.Customer service is

Avis Budget is a very frustrating company to deal with. I travel for work and pleasure a lot and this is by far my least favorite rental company.Firstly, for the most recent rental I stood outside in the winter for 45min because I cabbed to the location and the lone employee was out. Secondly, they charged me $75 ($50 repair and $25 Admin fee" lol) for the tiniest rock chip which may or may not have been there before I got the car

Beware. Inspect the car thoroughly. Even the tiniest chip, note it and report it. They will say its okay when you are picking up your car. But when you go and return it...you will be blamed for it. They just do it to show their bosses that they are doing a good job there. Other places I have rented from sometimes they don't even bother checking whether i filled up the tank or not!!!

This is the worst rental company I have ever dealt with. They're rude and their customer service skills are terrible . I got told one thing by one employee and another from a different employee. They did not have the truck they said they had , looked like they were lost the entire conversation. Afterwards, we dropped the truck back with a full tank and they charged us saying we did not ! I spent a day on the phone with them and after contacting head office they put the money they took back. Another man that made a reservation for the same day did not even get a truck ! Do not go to this location !! Worst customer service . After just dealing with them I will never recommend this company !
