The whole town has PO Boxes, but yet if you work, good luck on getting your mail cause they close. Locking you out from your mailbox.

First, why would you choose 4:45 as a closing time and second, if you close at 4:45, why are the security door closed at 4:40. For anyone who does not work in town, this is a major inconvenience.
