Brought in my child's smart watch that accidentally went all the way through a wash cycle.. To my absolute amazement, Aziz was able to dry it out, reboot it with his tech genius and send me on my way for half of what i would have happily paid. Very kind man, honest and excellent work. Would highly recommend him!

Recently purchased a new phone, and popped in here to check out some screen protectors, as well as have the data moved from my old phone to my new phone.Aziz was very personable, professional, and efficient. He moved all my data over from my Samsung S21 Ultra to my Samsung S23 Ultra, and once completed, wiped my old phone clean. Even showed me a secondary step required when wiping a phone clean, to ensure your data can’t be retrieved by someone with harmful intentions.While waiting for the data to transfer over, I engaged in conversation with Aziz and a younger fellow who was there, but whose name I didn’t catch. By the time I left, my new phone was all set and prepared to be my daily driver, my old phone was set and prepared to by returned to Rogers, and I left with a smile on my face, and a little more knowledge about life on the other side of the Atlantic. Aziz provided friendly and efficient customer service. He ordered the part we needed by the next day and then provided an on the spot repair (broken cell phone charging port). The price was very reasonable too. I'll be going back when needed!
