I, like doing Art at Spl Express, my advice is taking the mind off people, dramas and let go the past. Think about now it's the 2023. Showing up late to LARCHE can be a struggle, but remember to communicate with one of the staff members. Sometimes that shows if you have a bad day or didn't get your coffee or being away from the house. I, thank the former art teacher Cheryl with her great suggestion for me and that helps when I need to talk to a teacher that helps me to relax the mind. Right now at this moment I need to be with God right at this moment. I need to stay off social media apps instead of putting no other distractions. Love your yourself and important that I need the support person for a hug. Take a easy, take a break or head down keep doing Art. I, shall have faith with the Christ: I, should be reading more of the Bible and pray. I, am thankful for being strong and grow deeper with Jesus. I, go to church every Sundays and I broke the resolutions from last year. I, thank my mom for suggesting me to grow deeper with JesusIt helps me to go out. I felt better than last year.Sophia
