It is one of the better options in this section of the airport but it didn’t feel very wholesome. I felt like I was eating MacDonalds just by the degree of veggies they put into the chicken shwarma, and how it didn’t feel fresh. Even the chicken didn’t feel very fresh. I don’t know why it’s hard to find good food at Pearson airport compared to YVR in Vancouver. I also waited in line for 20 minutes.

I'll leave a review as a chef, try to explain constructively. I ordered chicken shawarma and pepperoni pizza for 27 CAD. Perhaps the average price in the airport, the first question to the slicing of salted cucumber in huge plates, you cook food and not feed pigs, I understand that this is a fast food, chicken was not bad but too dry, Most likely it points to the fact that the prepared foods are stored in refrigerators for several days and then reheated in the oven, at the bottom of shawarma water from the pickles (I recommend removing it so that the wrap is not soaked and it does not turn into a disgusting slop).The pizza, first of all cheap sausage which does not look like pepperoni, secondly the pizza packaging is just a nightmare, the paper sticks to the pizza and while you take it out you'll smear your hands and everything you can, the dough is not bad as well as pita bread on shawarma. I understand that people mostly will not come back here, not because of the bad food, but because of the specifics of the place (transit, etc.) but try to keep at least some kind of quality standard. An hour after the meal, I feel unpleasant sensations in the stomach area.

If I can give them less 1 star I would…As that only eats halal unfortunately Paramount is my only option.Every single time I get a lunch from them I regret it. It’s an absolute waste of money on a very small portion of food.Comes with no dressing what so ever. $.75 for any small sauce and staff is just another story.Definitely never again.

Worst customer service by this server in picture attached (john). Not sure why he was annoyed, May be it was time for his shift end. He was not in mood to listen and was passed off.Food was OK but not as Paramount usually serve in the city. This server (JOHN) should be fired.

Expensive shawarma for the portion and toppings they put. I did not get a choice of toppings, they only put pickles, sauce, lettuce and chicken (which was dry) and then they heat it up on a panini grill. The sauce gave it a little flavour.Overall, its convenient because it is close to our gate, it is overpriced, taste was okay, not so welcoming/friendly staff, and in my opinion not really worth the money.

Probably the only halal restaurant at Terminal 3 Pearson Airport. Tried the Vegetable beef pepperoni pizza. It’s fresh and delicious. The store is located at gate C34.

I have just ordered Beef Shorma and Coke.. She was in hurry to charge my card while I was looking for cold coke and I told her I don't need coke as it was hot and she charged my card and spoke to me rudely.. Shorma was cold, which was very DISSAPOINTED. The Lady who took my orders WAS VERY RUDE AND YOU SHOULD FIRE THIS KIND OF STAFF YOU CAN SEE HER PICTURE BELOW and she didn't know to talk in an nice way and she told me in Punjabi Jo ukadana hai ukhadloo.. If you keep staff like this sorry to say it won't work and your reputation will be ruined.. This will seculate around.. I am Travelling abroad and have to board my flight otherwise I would have complained the authority of airport and would have got your place sued and had got your staff fired from job and send back to India .. WHEN I AM BACK FROM MY TRIP NEXT TIME THIS ARTICAL WILL BE ISSUED IN CANADA AND USA..

I rarely give one star to a business/restaurant but it’s one of those rare times.It’s Wednesday July 13th 9:14pm.The guy who makes the orders on the front and calls the order numbers to be picked up is very very rude if someone talked to him or asked if the order is ready, he will literally yell and start waving his arms while yelling!Then on my personal issue : I was observing him making 4-5 wraps and placing them in the grill together and I was like : wow there’s NO WAY this guy will remember which wrap is for which order!! Then to my surprise here’s my order’s turn (I can tell because he literally called the order before me that time)I specifically requested only few toppings: No Tahini, no turnips, no onion. ONLY garlic sauce, tomatoes and lettuce.Then I can only see him putting turnips to my wrap!! He called me order # and I told him : you put turnips to my wrap and I never asked for it! He gave me a dirty look and went back to the next orders!What if he puts something to someone’s order and that person is allergic to that thing and asked not to put!!!?I think his strategy is : “those ppl are hungry and about to board! What will they do or say if their orders aren’t exactly what they asked for! And it’s probably working well for him because I myself didn’t bother to insist and ask for another wrap instead ! I already waited more than 30 mins to get my inaccurate order! I can’t afford to wait more or else I will miss my flight!!Rant is over.
