Aron was really really helpful and got me into a much better plan and helped me upgrade two phones. He explained everything in depth and made sure I felt comfortable with the entire process. I will recommend him to family & friends if they need great service! Really can't cant say enough on how impressed I was with his knowledge and customer service!

Cristian assisted me with switching to Rogers from Telus (who could not match the price of Rogers plan) and included a new iPhone14.Cristian made sure my phone was set up properly and working and went over all the features Rogers offered with the plan.I didn’t know how to set my phone to my car and within minutes he had it set up and my new I phone connected!Very knowledgeable and professional that goes the extra mile. I highly recommend asking for Cristian!Pat

If only I can give a NO star". I tried to move to Rogers from Bell. the first agent I talked to told me of a plan with $60 primary phone and $55 secondary. Sent me the sim cards for my wife and I. After a 2 hour wait time on the phone

My wife and i came in on a very very very tight notice to change a plan. Showed up almost closing and both Parker and Rakesh were extremely welcoming and willing to help out. Kept apologizing lots of times and they kept smiling and didn’t feel rushed at all. HIGHLY recommend this location and will for sure recommend them and coming back.

Terrible manager - management. Rude service and blame the failures of staff on the “Shaw wifi failures”. The Rogers store is having Shaw failures. Evidently this also results in the staff being ineffective as they must be connected to wifi as well. Highly do not recommend, everything can be done online with higher ranking employees anyways, this retail space is just there to take up room.

Aron and Christian are absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and truly out to provide the best customer service and experience. They were both very transparent and thorough, explaining my options and ensuring I understood the changes to my wireless plan and the phone I was upgrading to. I’ve been a Rogers customer for 10+ years and from now on, this is the only location I will go to for any assistance. Highly recommend these guys. Again, thank you so much to the both of you!!

Good little store, friendly staff, convenient location. Only thing that sucks is they lock the door and you have to tell them why you are there before they let you in.

Aron and Alain were SO SO SO helpful!I was upgrading my IPhone and I had a million and one questions about my plan. They were so patient and answered every single question. They made sure my dad and I understood every option we had and helped us make the best decision.They both have such a positive attitude and were super friendly.I felt super comfortable with them and I knew I was in good hands.They went above and beyond for me and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.My family and I will definitely be returning to this location and I look forward to dealing with Aron and Alain again!
