Several delivery drivers are unable (or unwilling) to follow delivery instructions. This is including posted high visibility signs on my property with the specific spot I want parcels left. Their lack of following instructions disrupts and upsets my dogs which causes them to become destructive and creates a huge mess for me to have to clean up when I get home. Not impressed at all.

Your driver delivered my package in an envelope and the envelope was cut on the side and the cell phone case was stolen out of it so he said he was returning to the warehouse with it and he was gonna get it settled and I still have yet to receive a new cell phone case for my Samsung Galaxy 10 plus It's very unprofessional. This needs to be rectified and corrected by your company especially seeing how merchandise is stolen from within.

This is your driver delivering goods I waited on hold too long and gave up. He back out of a drive bot looking and almost hit us. Then pulled over waited till we were gone and decided to pull right tight behind us (about 2 feet) on the hill with a novice driver behind the wheel he hid his face. Are you wondering why? Because he decided to urinate in a public easement instead of going to Timmy's 3 minutes away .Enjoy the workers luke this that you have eventually you will lose the contract hiring people who don't care if you get your package or not. Also the van has damage on the passenger rear I assume it's from backing out into traffic without looking just like today

On multiple occasions I'm notified there has been a delivery attempt , however there never was .someone has been home all day and the delivery location is an hour away.when calling customer support to inquire about the situation they say whatever they need to just to get you of the phone. I'm still trying to understand how difficult it is to complete your job.

I am beyond frustrated with Intelcom and also customer service. Although a prime customer, I have never received an order within 2 days since I moved in October. It’s been a week or more or not at all. The last few deliveries, I received emails stating that Intelcom “attempted” delivery and could not deliver. When I called as they suggested, I either get disconnected or told that they don’t have an explanation. Today I had to call Amazon directly once again. Amazon is extremely helpful but they called Intelcom while I was on hold and when they got back to me, Patrick (who was very professional) told me they were quite short with him as well and offered no explanation!! I’ve been waiting 8 days for this delivery and am out of what I ordered. I am unable to always get out so Amazon has been amazing. I moved to my new address in October and thought because I was more remote that my parcels were taking longer. It was a busy time of the year and with Covid, I didn’t get very concerned. Intelcom told me I was in a remote location which Amazon says I am not and I should be receiving my orders in 2 or 3 days as always. I know this is a long rant but I am so frustrated at this point.I hope when customer service reads this that they don’t suggest I call once again as I get nowhere. At this point I’m not sure what to do and after reading some other reviews I know I am not alone.* Intelcom, any suggestions?*

Multiple times we have waited for packages, to never be delivered unless we harass or to be delivered at 10pm/the very last minute. Today, I'm waiting on a package, I have been outside ALL DAY, to get a notification that my package was attempted for delivery but was unsuccessful" meanwhile

So this is my review for flyvan Intelcom.. there nothing but ignorant people I don't know why they even have fly then on deliveries they're so terrible at their job throwing packages and damaging it I've had enough of this please don't use in Telecom go to Canada Post. I have proof and pictures of everything

Since I placed an order on Amazon, the delivery is handled by Intelcom, today I was supposed to receive my package, but I did not receive anything.The site indicates that the package has been delivered, I called the company, they also said that it had been delivered. But there was no call, no photo of the delivery report.I do not recommend using this delivery company.
