We're here to look at the Nissan Rogue. The person in charge asked about our social status. When we said we are refugees, he stopped the process. Although I said we have a credit score, it did not continue. I was very embarrassed and sad. I will never go again.

I had Jacob he is a good dealer explains very well. but there was no price negotiation for the crack on the front bumper and the oem car comes with 18 inch wheels but this one is with 16 inch. before you buy the car do many inspections to check it works well. the car is so far so good.i hope the dealer contact me for the wheels and tires hahaone bad thing about this shop is there is nobody picking up phone for you. I think there is a software problem on phone call.

They will lie to your face, stay away from this dealer!I was buying used Rouge, and they told be it has never been in an accident, but when I checked carfax there was a claim!!Seller agent just lied to me.This dealer is a total scam.

I've been bringing my car here for 11 years now. Ever since the new ownership, this place has gone downhill. Customer service is non-existent as with many places nowadays. The receptionists lacks professionalism, even rude at times. Whenever I service my car, I face new issues the days following and they never assume responsibility. Granted my car is old but when they are the last ones to touch a part and it magically stops working or breaks, it's not coinsidence. This has been only happening since the new ownership.

I called for the first time today to get an appointment for my car because Infiniti Luciani is permanently closed. I spoke with the manager who was extremely rude and didn't really want to get my info on the phone. I rarely write reviews but the phone conversation was so bad that I that to warn others about their bad service. 0/5

Rude customer service, no smile, no warmth, giving me attitude because I didn't bring my car for servicing at this location for the past few years and not knowing my car's service history by heart. The shuttle service doesn't get you very far and is extremely slow. They don't offer taxi vouchers to get home like other dealerships. It's inconvenient, expensive and far which is why I try to find better places to get my car serviced!
