Losing $500K in the hottest housing market when employing agents from this office leaves me with no complement for this office. The owner of this office never responded to my inquiries and their only response was that it was all my fault and there is no liability with their action and sue them if I can. You would hardly get any marketing when listing with this office and lacks any negotiation skills. I broke the record of showing in this office and lost $500k compared to my neighbor in a matter of a month which tells me this office has no pulse of the market and only looks after their own commission. Stay away from this office.
