Looks like a nice yacht club, but smells terrible. They burn garbage plastic every morning in their utility shed, releasing noxious fumes into the air. Nearby condo's are filled with this disgusting smell daily!

Went to a dance here and really enjoyed it; beautidul view, classy, but we were so cold sitting by the windows.

As a novice sailor, without a sailboat, I was hoping to sign up for a crewing membership, however, DYC only offered to tell me about my chances of crewing on sailboats once I paid them money to join!!! They repeatedly said that in order to get any information, I needed to pay them first and even sent me an invoice before anyone at the entire DYC would tell me about whether what I wanted to do, that is, crew was possible!!! In the end, DYC finally said that their crew" membership was effectively a social membership and could not guarantee anything other than the off chance to meet owners of sailboats. Needless to say

Great location for small to medium sized weddings. Overlooking the yachts. The coordinator Nate is also a very friendly and accommodating gentleman who was always there to ensure we had a wonderful wedding celebration.
