Great service. I was referred by a friend who used this company a few times in the past and I was not disappointed. The woman who gave me the quote and organized the movers was great and the 2 movers who came were great; they arrived early, the move went smoothly and nothing got scratched. All great overall. Hired this company to move a piano a fairly long distance. They were very accommodating, extremely reaponsive to my MANY e-mails and got the job done, safely. I highly recommend them. Quick and reliable service!

Very unprofessional! Made an appointment for 8:15 they showed up at 11. The woman on the phone was condescending, rude and kept pushing the time then threatening that they wouldn’t come to get the piano. I was given the amount it would cost, after they moved the piano it cost more! One thing after another with this company! The movers themselves did a good job, but the people who run the business are terrible terrible people. I recommend going somewhere else for moving pianos. I will never use this company again!And as you can see from their response... they blame the customer for their misfortunes and for the weather. They never even apologized/ took ownership for their poor service.

3 movers went to pick up an upright piano and drop off at my house (distance of 10 I’m). They were very professional, efficient and courteous. It was done within an hour. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience moving my piano.There was a bit of a mixup with my reservation, but they were quick to solve the issue and it all ended up working out perfectly.The three movers we got (I wish I had gotten their names) were INCREDIBLE.We were moving a piano down a very narrow staircase and it was far from an easy move, but they were efficient, incredibly careful, super nice and my piano made it home in less than 2 hours without a single scratch.We will be calling them again for our next move and cannot recommend them enough!
