My boiler system went down and of course it happened in the winter. Klempp was quick to return my call even though I called after hours. They came out in the morning but first made sure I was okay to make it through the night. It took two visits to get my system back up and running without stops and starts but they worked on it till the problem got solved. I would recommend their friendly and knowledgeable service. I had Danny, Jared, and Jason, all of whom worked to get my boiler going and I would recommend any of them for your plumbing and heating needs.

Fast, friendly and professional! Contacted Klempp to replace the anode rod in our water heater at Regina Beach and they were out early the following day. Jared was excellent. I'll certainly call on Klempp the next time I need plumbing and heating service.

I called Klempp when my furnace started acting up this winter. They were extremely responsive to my problem, arranged a time for the service call, and actually called me back to see if they could come out earlier than originally planned. They provided various options and when I decided it was time to go ahead with replacing the furnace, they were fast, professional, and a great price. It was less than a day from the time I noticed I had a problem until it was fixed. I would highly recommend this company.
