The customer service is good in terms of responsiveness. If you are looking for data recovery for a personal phone I don’t recommend. One is usually emotional or sentimental about the items on the phone. I spent a lot of time waiting for some sort of recovery nothing worked. I still had to pay a fee, which they were up front about. Back up your phone items so you don’t end up in a difficult situation.

Guaranteed repairs here. And the employees are kind over the phone and at the warehouse. Although, pricing is a different issue. I almost paid $150 for a battery replacement. And another $100 for someone to unscrew and screw a few bolts (Labor). Lenovo told me that batteries are going for around $90 so I bought one myself, and replaced it.They looked at the laptop saying battery was the issue, it wasn’t. Charging as I mentioned to them before, is still an issue and I would’ve had to ask for another service request. If I had gone through, I probably would’ve burned a $300 hole in my pocket.Long story short, if you want their services just double check elsewhere because you might get better offers.

Repaired my MacBook Pro under warrantee flawlessly and quickly. A great alternative to the Apple Store as their availability was much better.

They were responsive to my requests and were quick to complete the repairs I needed. Nothing else I could ask for.

I do not know about the technicians but I just had a call to inquire about screen damage. The lady on the call is so rude. (Since the reply below is saying I was mad" and telling me to "be considerate"

Great experience of Service however keep in mind that once you need some paid work (not on warranty) you will pay a high rate (1hr rate) even for 5 min job. That's the reason of 4 star

Never pick up their phone, left a message twice. No reply. Fail service.
