Now that I don't give 5 star is really because, I believe there is always room for improvement. Having said that, the team at Dye and Russell worked very had to ensure that the insurance company lived up to their obligation. Even when things became difficult, the team was persistent and diligent to acquire funds, therapy and resources I needed for my recovery. I always felt better after talking with members of the team, (John, Karen and Deb) that issues were being handled and stress over the (lengthy) journey would end, satisfactorily. While nothing can take me back to the time before, their assistance has given me a future to look forward to.

I met John one of the partners 7years ago after a nasty fall while we were on holiday in Canada. Yes my case has taken 7 years to resolve.
