Asked the salesmen if the monthly phone insurance would get me a new or a refurbished phone, he went to ask his manager. The manager then explained to me that my phone was so new I would not get a refurbished phone. Rogers has told me that's completely not true it's always been refurbished phones no matter how new the phone is. The insurance company (Likewise is the company name) aslo confirmed that it is always refurbished phones.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a local phone store to upgrade my phone and select a suitable plan, and I must say that the customer service provided by one particular salesman Jayson Bacolod was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked into the store, he went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was smooth, informative, and tailored to my needs.An excellent representative that offered me a complete solution all the while accommodating set up to allow me to walk out of the store with a working device with the protective glass and case also put on!Thank you for your wonderful work!

If there is less than a star I could give it to this center, unprofessional staff, they don't care about customers satisfaction at all ,all what they need to sell and when you get your first bill you will be really chucked, they doing every thing wrong just to make you pay and once you ask the correction they will say call the billing center don't come to here we can't help we only sale. Wasting time

I am feeling discriminated against by one of the employees at this location. Enter the Roger's store at 1510 hrs on September 19th. All 3 of the employees where busy. One employees, I will not say his name here, looked at me and I asked where do I wait for the next employees to assist me. He instructed that I can stand there or have a seat in the only vacant chair. I decided to sit. I waited about 5 min then 2 other customers walked into the Roger's store together. I saw them looking at phone cases. When the associate was finished with his current client, he turned to those 2 new client and asked them can I help you? I was shocked because he was the same one that instructed me that I can sit or stand. I sat facing him the whole time. He acted as if I wasn't there. completely finished his service to those 2 other people then acted like he forgot I was in the Roger's store. When those 2 people finished their purchase he then turned to me and asked how can I help you. I will be calling the office to file a complaint. Roger's customer service is as bad as they come.

I went to the store to order an iPhone 14 Pro. The assistant manager took all the details and said the phone will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days as I did not require the agent to assist me to transfer over the data from the old phone. When I did not receive an email from Rogers confirming the order or when and if it has been shipped, I called Rogers. They saw where I had been to the store but there was no order placed, and inquired if I had to pay for the set up fee. I was told no and that there is a promotion to waive this fee.I called the store again to see if they have waived the $50+ fee and was told no. This store does not provide good customer service. If you can avoid going there take your business to another store. There are lots in Mississauga.

Avoid! unprofessional casue extra charge!We got phone plan from this store and the sales person confirmed there's no any extra charge to switch account owner.(my friend was new immigration and didn't have all required document.) However, when we called Rogers, they said the policy was changed several month ago and there would be $50 fee.Then we called the store and they said it was their mistake but nothing they can do. We have to pay the extra $50.

Called this location 12 times..Nobody Answered the phone. I came in simply to return my old hardware after updating to ignite.. ive been here over an hour now..just trying to return my old converter...worst service in my entire life

Went there today to p/u my phone and also buy a case and screen protector. Arrived at 7:40pm and they were closed. It states on Google that they are open till 9:00pm. The store made me waste my time going there. I will only p/u the phone now and get the accessories somewhere else. I was eeally contemplating moving to another carrier like Freedom since they were open.

I had a bad experience on 15th June 2023 with the Rogers store at 5100 Erin Mills Pkwy Unit E211A yesterday. The closing time of the store was 9:00 pm while I was there at 8:45pm. The door was half shut and the rep didn’t allowed me to enter the store and said we are closed. I told them that still 15 mins are left as the closing time is 9:00pm so he responded we are done for the day and we are cleaning. If customers are not allowed 15 mins before the closing time of the store then Rogers should update the timing on their website from closing at 9:00 pm to 8:45 pm. I will not recommend this store to anyone looking for good customer service experience.

Went there to fix a problem I had with my SIM not working and Usman helped me with my problem. He was very patient and made sure he solved my problem. Totally recommend! Make sure to see Usman when you visit this location!
