Went in for the first time. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and explained the business after asking me if it was my first time in there. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.The store was extremely clean as well!I went there for dog bones and they went out of their way to look out back and found a few. Excellent prices and exceptional customer service!

I can't say enough about my first experience with this establishment. I'm not one to write reviews but this one deserves my time. The best customer service I've ever experienced. I bought some cutlets for my dad's birthday and for unforseen circumstances I wasn't able to cook it. I phoned and asked about freezing it the lovely lady remembered me just from my voice. I'm blown away. Behind me in line, was a lady who had quite the load and I happened to mention that she must shop here often to know what she wants. Her reply was it's the only place she gets her meat cause it's the only place that doesn't hurt her stomach." The prices weren't outrageous and were very decent in my opinion. I can't wait to cook these breaded cutlets and try out some new items. Go check them out you won't be sorry you did!!! Have a great day!!!"

Your first mistake was selling me the best pork I've had.Now I have to come back.10/10 butcher, ladies here are phenomenal.ramen picture feat. Pork freshly cooked.

Visited the first time Friday July 8th, the *Rogers debacle day) The place is immaculate, white and crispy clean. The women I met who were working that day were very knowledgeable and helpful. Their meat is sourced locally (Alberta) and grass fed. Of what I had purchased I've only eaten the chicken breast so far. Omg, so tender not the shoe leather we are used to in grocery store . Very respectful pricing for top quality. I will be back.

Went today for the first time. I am so impressed. I was pleasantly surprised at their prices. They don’t over charge, which allows you to enjoy a good product which you can afford. We BBQ the burgers tonight. Wow!!! So good. I will definitely be going back.
