It's quite obvious the previous two 5 star reviews are by owner.Called to see if Van was available, they said yes it is, just come by. Booked it online on my way after I hung up just to be safe. When I showed up, was told the van is booked for someone else even though it was in the parking lot. He said someone else had booked it after I called (in the minute after I hung up and booked online??) . Tried to upsell me to a truck I didn't need.I ended up going through online self check-in and got the van, it was unclean, had dirty face masks all over front and back, some used plastic sheets and wood pieces, empty wrappers and gatorade bottle, check engine light was on and when I parked on the side of the road with 4 way flasher, I discovered the left turn signal is not working (the vehicle would not pass safety in this condition). I called Uhaul Support and let them know the issues so I am not charged for check engine light or uncleanliness of the vehicle.I quickly moved the couch I needed to and returned it, I checked off not clean for the next family" and a cleaning fee of 28.25 was added to my bill. There is an option to dispute it
