If you enjoy dealing with companies who accepts your money, misses all deadlines, fails to deliver when promised and forces you to chase them for information then this is the company for you!We made a significant purchase of 40+ linear feet of countertop and were promised three weeks for delivery and install. We placed a deposit (early May 2017) for their full asking price and did not negotiate a best price" deal because this was a larger job and we wanted timelines met. Three weeks pass and no countertop. We called and were told of supply problems for one critical piece.Should the customer be required to investigate on a delivery failure?We are told
