I called in with an emergency request for insurance on a vehicle we just financed ( Needed insurance with in a couple of hours Because our vehicle was ready to be picked up that day ) My insurance Broker was not in the office that day and when I called back to see what the update was I didn't even have to explain the situation insurance was already sent to my email. Super impressed with Stephanie. She did a fantastic job.

My son passed his road test yesterday afternoon and within 2 hours, Tasha Comish had him on our vehicle policy and had shopped around and gotten us a better deal with a new driver in the house. Great service and any time we have had to contact here about our home and vehicle insurance needs!

Moved my personal insurance & business needs over to Bauld to bundle and save $$. Their team has been great, easy to deal with. They answer my many questions (personal and business related) and promptly makes changes when needed. The team shops my policies around to find the lowest rates before renewals happen which gives me comfort Im aways getting the best rates. My recent experience was with Stacey Vallis, Renewal Account Manager.She was cordial, customer-friendly, in good humour, answered my questions, and took the time for explanations.She provided me with a very reasonable adjustment to my auto/home policy.I feel like she had my best interests in mind.In my opinion, Stacey Vallis is a valuable asset to WCL Bauld and I would recommend, based on her handling of this query.
